1. Bulk Order Requirements

  • Definition: Bulk orders are defined as orders exceeding our standard retail quantities.
  • Minimum Order Quantity: A minimum of 25 units is required to qualify as a bulk order.

2. Lead Time

  • Orders of 25–50 units: Require a lead time of 2 weeks.
  • Orders over 50 units: Require a lead time of 3 weeks.
  • Please allow additional time for quotation review and payment processing.
  • Expedited Orders: May be subject to a rush fee depending on supply availability.

3. Ordering Process

To place a bulk order, please email our team at info@noliskincare.com with the following details:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Company or organization name (if applicable)
  • Desired quantity and specific products
  • Delivery address
  • Any customization requests
  • Intended use of the products: (e.g., resale, gifting, nonprofit, personal use, commissary, etc.)

Why we ask: Understanding how you plan to use the products helps us support you better — and ensures that Noli Skin Care is represented with integrity and aligned values.

4. Order Confirmation and Payment

  • We will confirm availability and provide a detailed quotation including taxes and shipping.
  • Full payment is required before production begins.

5. Changes and Cancellations

  • Must be communicated in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled delivery date.
  • Changes requested after this timeframe may not be accommodated.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping charges will be included in your quote.
  • Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method.
  • Tracking will be provided once your order has shipped.

7. Quality Assurance

  • We take pride in our formulation and fulfillment process.
  • If you encounter any issues, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with a description and photo.
  • We will work with you to resolve it promptly.

8. Resale and Label Use

  • Bulk orders may not be resold or relabeled without written approval from Noli Skin Care.
  • Resale pricing must comply with our Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) policy — underpricing or misrepresentation is not permitted.
