Shipping policy

Due to the upcoming holidays there is a current surcharge imposed by USPS,  shipping rates have increased and you can expect delays and longer shipping times. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated on a "per weight" basis and is based on the shipping option you select.

Shipping Times
Please keep in mind that all of our products are hand formulated & made to order.

Orders will be processed within 7-10 business days (excluding national holidays and weekends), and shipped through USPS Monday-Wed to prevent melting during transit. If your order is placed during the weekend, it will be processed the following week,. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking and estimated delivery as soon as your package is on the way.

Processing times for all orders placed during national holidays and/or our sale events, are called high volume times and will require an additional 3-5 business days for processing.

Please be advised that, while we will do our best to assist you, should there be any delays or postal service issues we will not be held responsible for any packages, lost or stolen included, once they have left our facility & are with the postal carrier.

Make sure your address information is correct. Once your package is shipped, we cannot change where your package will be delivered. You may be able to contact USPS online or by phone to change it. Do this at your own risk.

 

Route Protection

Route Shipping Insurance is an optional add-on for our customers, but acts as a low-cost option with 100% coverage for customers who want that extra level of assurance and protection from lost, damaged or stolen packages.
