Processing and Shipping Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1-7 business days (excluding national holidays and weekends).
- To prevent melting during transit during warmer months, orders are shipped via USPS from Monday to Wednesday.
- Orders placed after 10 AM EST on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following week.
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking and estimated delivery information.
High-Volume Times:
During national holidays or sale events, processing times may take an additional 3-5 business days.
USPS Holiday Surcharges and Delays
Please note that USPS may impose surcharges and experience delays during the holiday season. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by postal services are beyond our control.
Noli Skin Care is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the postal carrier. We highly recommend opting for Route Protection at checkout for added peace of mind.
Address Accuracy
To avoid shipping issues:
- Double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order.
- If you notice an error, email us immediately at info@noliskincare.com with the correct address.
Once your package has shipped, we cannot change the delivery destination.
Melted Butters
Body butters can melt during transit in warmer temperatures. Melting does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product, and we do not provide refunds for melted items. For more details, please see our FAQ section.
Considerations for Warm Climates
If you live in a warmer climate (above 74°F):
- Have your package delivered to a cooler location.
- Provide delivery instructions to avoid prolonged exposure to heat.
Route Package Protection
USPS can sometimes be unpredictable, especially during the holidays. For added protection, we offer Route Package Protection at checkout. This service typically costs less than $2 and covers your package in the event of loss, theft, or damage during transit.
