Shipping Policy

At Noli Skin Care, we take pride in hand-formulating and crafting each product to order. Please read the following shipping policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Processing and Shipping Times:
Orders are typically processed within 1-7 business days (excluding national holidays and weekends). To prevent melting during transit, orders are shipped through USPS from Monday to Wednesday. If an order is placed after 10AM EST on Friday or over the weekend, it will be processed the following week. A shipping confirmation email with tracking and estimated delivery information will be sent once your package is on its way.

During national holidays and our sale events, which are considered high-volume times, please anticipate an additional 3-5 business days for order processing.

USPS Holiday Surcharges and Delays:
Please be aware that during the holidays, USPS may impose surcharges leading to increased shipping rates and potential delays. Longer shipping times may occur as a result. While we strive to provide timely service, any delays or issues related to postal services are beyond our control. Noli Skin Care will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the postal carrier.

Address Accuracy:
Ensure that your shipping address information is accurate before finalizing your order. Once your package is shipped, we are unable to change the delivery destination.

Melted Butters:
It's important to note that body butters can melt during warmer temperatures. If your butter arrives melted or warm, rest assured it is not a damaged product. To restore its solid state, simply place the butter in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour. We do not provide refunds for melted products, as melting does not affect the product's quality.

Considerations for Warm Climates:
If you reside in a warmer climate with temperatures exceeding 74 degrees, we recommend having your order delivered to a cooler location or providing delivery instructions to prevent prolonged exposure to heat.
