1. My Skin Hydration Butter arrived melted. Is it ruined?
Noli butters are made with natural butters and oils that can be sensitive to heat, so melting during transit is normal in warmer weather. If this happens, don’t worry—it’s still perfectly usable! Simply place the butter in the fridge for about 30 minutes to solidify it again. For customers in warmer climates (temperatures above 74°F), we recommend having your order delivered to a cooler location or picking it up promptly.
2. I don’t like the scent I purchased. Do you offer exchanges or refunds?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for our products. If you’re unsure about a fragrance, we highly recommend trying a 2oz size before committing to a larger jar. Your satisfaction matters, and this ensures you find the perfect scent for you.
3. When will my order ship?
